Our tile guys knocked it out on this custom shower!

The original plans for this project shifted along the way, but when things change, you adjust. We were able to switch gears, step in where needed, and help bring this project across the finish line for our client.👌

🔨 WE'RE HIRING: REMODELING PROJECT LEAD

STL Property Pros is looking for an experienced Remodeling Project Lead to join our team in the St. Louis area.

This is a full-time W-2, hands-on position for an experienced carpenter/remodeler who is ready to take the lead on residential kitchen and bathroom projects.

This is NOT a desk-based project management position. You'll be in the field working alongside and coordinating our trades while taking ownership of your projects from start to finish.

🏠 WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Lead kitchen and bathroom remodels from demolition through completion
• Perform hands-on carpentry and remodeling work
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and deliveries
• Communicate with homeowners and keep projects moving
• Handle finish carpentry, installations, adjustments, and punch-list work
• Maintain our standards for quality, organization, and professionalism

You'll typically focus on one primary remodeling project at a time, occasionally bouncing to a second project to handle punch-list items or final details.

🛠️ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Strong residential remodeling and carpentry experience
• General and finish carpentry skills
• Kitchen and bathroom remodeling experience
• Cabinet, trim, door, framing, and finish-work experience
• Ability to run a residential jobsite with minimal supervision
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and trades
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Experience as a lead carpenter, remodeling carpenter, working project manager, remodeling superintendent, or residential remodeling contractor could be a great fit.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, solves problems, and wants to become an important part of the STL Property Pros team.
