Why not put your Contractor sign out BEFORE you do the work, just in case others want you to look at their project before rather than after. Established clients who trust your work where you’ve already built a good relationship with would probably let this happen.

Got a call to put a bid on this , A Dead Sassafras Tree. A ‘Den Tree’ is what its’name implies; a habitat, even in some ways more so if it’s dead or dying. This was a neighbor a few blocks away, very close to home. The things I could do with the wood even, but needed to let him know there is an option to taking a dead tree down;… as in (don’t have to), where there are no kids, nor electric lines, nor neighbors’ or structures / / targets.

When roads, railways or new buildings are planned, centuries-old trees are often among the first casualties of development. In Japan, however, some of the country's most valuable trees are given a second chance.

I need some Living Tree Care loving friends and followers to vote on your favorite logo. I did a rough edition with a marker on the counter of a supplier. Posted it to ADNAN Masih, our Freedom Cry, life media man. And in this age of AI, he came up with some cool renditions.

More often than not, we get to live up to our motto; “We’re in the Businesa of Saving Trees” and this was a special one. The old man did not think the red bud tree he and his wife used to sit under could be saved at all. He wanted to know how much to cut it up and haul it away. When I walked to the back yard and examined it, it had keeled over because of the weight of the foliage the root system itself was still intact. It had partially uprooted a couple days before, and I soaked the root zone for 15 minutes with his hose. We finished up our job across the street, and after removing some of the weight, we used one of the limbs to make a strong ‘crutch, and Eric Spencer lifted it back up, not all the way up, but enough for me to place a crutch, cut from the tree itself, underneath the trunk to hold it up. Eric tested it when we raised it into place and it’s solidly in place. I’ll be returning very soon to add rich compost and soil around the root ball that’s partially out of the ground.
