As Construction Inclusion Week 2026 begins, Murphy Company is proud to recognize this year’s theme of “Opening Doors, Building a Workplace for Everyone.”
With the construction industry continuing to face workforce challenges, creating more opportunities to enter, grow, and build a career in our industry has never been more important. At Murphy, we’re committed to helping open those doors and creating an environment where people can build meaningful careers and feel a sense of belonging along the way.
