🚨🚨 ATTENTION SIDING INSTALLERS 🚨🚨
My company is seeking to hire a skilled, reliable, and local siding installation crew. We are a general contractor established in the O’Fallon area for over 7 years.
We are gearing up for a big spring season and are looking for a crew or team with the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience in vinyl siding installation
Proficiency with Board & Batten, CedarMax, shake siding, and standard vinyl systems
Crew capable of completing 15+ squares per day on average
Ability to perform tear-offs, prep work, and full siding installs with minimal supervision
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to commute to job sites across St. Charles and St. Louis Counties and surrounding areas
Proper insurance documentation (General Liability + Workers Comp or exemption)
Own tools and equipment required for siding installation
Ability to read work orders, follow measurements accurately, and complete jobs to spec
Strong commitment to quality, safety, and cleanliness on every project
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with soffit, fascia, gutters, and aluminum wrap
Ability to handle larger multi-day projects as well as smaller repair jobs
English-speaking or bilingual for ease of communication with office staff
Familiarity with manufacturer installation guidelines (e.g., Mastic, Royal, Norandex, etc.)
