I know for a fact these seeds are good because even though the plant bolted early, there was still a real carrot down there! 🥕✨ I’m sowing every single one of these seeds right back into this bed. Honestly, it's a whole lot of seeds, and I probably should have saved some for later, but I'm just going to let whatever wants to germinate, germinate! Time to clear off some of this top dirt and let nature do its thing for the next round. Who else is currently prepping their beds for the fall crop? Let me know what you're planting below! 🌱☀️

Because around here, we're always planting something, harvesting something, learning something, and trying to figure out what in the world the garden is doing! 🌿✨That's today's reminder: sometimes you plant something expecting a little harvest, and the garden says, "Oh, you wanted more? Well, so did the ants!" 🐜 And I'm certainly not complaining!

We’ve come too far to stop now! The seed heads are finally turning papery, brittle, and brown. It’s real proof that weeks of waiting are paying off, but I’m still not opening this mesh bag yet—we can't lose a single seed now.I’m still out here every few days peeking under the bag like I'm checking on a newborn, watching seeds dry out in slow motion

Every single time those squirrels dug up my container, I leveled that soil right back out and re-sowed it—so I’m shocked these turned out to be carrots and not just pure squirrel spite! 🤣🐿️ The truth is, carrots are just roots pushing straight down, and when they hit obstacles like rocks or constantly disturbed, replanted soil, they split and change direction. After battling the wildlife all season, instead of nice, straight grocery store veggies, we officially harvested Carrot and Associates, LLC! 💼🥕 Let me know your funniest harvest shapes in the comments!

Those soil bags became my temporary stepstool—don't judge; a gardener has to improvise! If the cowpeas grow up, Dotty is going up too. Once I got up there, pods were everywhere. The high ones were making me work for them, acting like they forgot I was the one who planted them! Meanwhile, the ants and bees are running their own parallel harvest. It's a daily buffet out here! So here I am: reaching, stretching, and trying not to lose my balance. 🐝🐜✨
