Wrapping up EV charging infrastructure on this 4-family renovation project.
We installed a new 125-amp exterior panel supplying four 240-volt EV charging receptacles for tenants, complete with QR-code based payment tracking.
One detail that helped this project go smoothly: earlier in the renovation we planned ahead and installed underground conduit from the basement electrical room out to the parking area so future EV charging could be added cleanly and efficiently.
Planning ahead during renovations can save a lot of time and cost later on.

We replaced the panel with a larger setup that gives room for future additions as well.

Quick project this week helping get a home ready before closing.

The property needed a proper receptacle and circuit installed for the sump pump after it was flagged during the sale process.

A lot of electrical issues found during inspections are relatively small fixes—but they still need to be handled properly before closing.

Interesting troubleshooting call today.

Customer had dining room outlets that hadn’t worked properly for quite a while. Kaleb tracked the issue down to a loose aluminum-to-copper connection hidden upstream in the circuit.

After installing the proper aluminum-rated connectors, everything was back up and working correctly.

Troubleshooting electrical issues is often about patiently tracking down the real problem instead of just replacing parts.

Nice work by Kaleb tracking this one down.
