August Findings… 😂🔨

Well… August sure didn’t disappoint. 😂

You ever open something up and immediately think…

“Welp… that’s not supposed to look like that.” 😳

Yeah. We had a few of those moments this month. 😂

Rot, water damage, mystery repairs, “who did this?” moments, and a whole bunch of WHAT ARE WE LOOKING AT HERE?! 🤣

But honestly, I’m blessed with the work, blessed to meet some awesome people, and grateful they trust us with their homes.

Now let’s take these horror-show pictures and turn them into some BEFORE & AFTER MAGIC. 🔨🔥

This home had floors that had truly been through it. Our customer, a veteran, was working hard to get the house ready to sell with a fast-approaching deadline and a lot of moving pieces. We were proud to step in, keep the project on schedule, and help make it happen.

Another basement flooring project in the books! 👏

We're incredibly thankful for great customers and the opportunity to help with projects that make a real difference. These little guys can hide inside the structure of your home and do serious damage before you ever realize they're there.

If you're noticing ants around your baseboards, cupboards, floors, or doorways, don't ignore them. They can be a sign that moisture has created the perfect conditions for a colony to move in.

In this home, everything looked solid from the outside. It wasn't until we opened the wall that we found the damage.
