This property needed a fully accessible shower for a tenant with mobility challenges, so our team redesigned the entire bathroom to meet ADA requirements.

Not everyone who says “it’s ready”… actually means it.

This homeowner hired another contractor who told him the wall was “paint-ready,” but the customer already felt something wasn’t right. When we inspected it, here’s what we found:

• Uneven, rough compound
• A support frame only attached on ONE side
• The bottom completely OPEN — not holding anything
• Scrap pieces used inside a load-bearing section
• And on the floor, two random transitions just to hide mistakes instead of doing the job right

We’re not here to talk bad about anyone —
