Professional Notice Regarding Fogatti

After careful consideration, I have decided that Beaulieu Mobile RV Repairs LLC will no longer purchase, install, or recommend Fogatti products.

This decision is based solely on my own professional experience working with their products and warranty process.

As an independent RV technician, I expect manufacturers to provide reliable products, timely technical support, fair warranty practices, and respect for both their customers and the technicians servicing their equipment. Unfortunately, my experience with Fogatti has not met those expectations.

Because of this experience, I can no longer confidently recommend Fogatti products to my customers. Going forward, I will be recommending alternative manufacturers that I believe provide better product reliability, technical support, and overall customer service.

This statement reflects my personal experience and professional opinion. I encourage RV owners to research all available options, compare warranty support, and make an informed decision before purchasing any RV appliance.

Thank you to all of my customers for your continued trust and support. My priority has always been providing honest advice and quality service, and that will never change.

🥵❄️ RV AC Running But Not Keeping Up?

With summer temperatures climbing, your RV air conditioner is working overtime. One of the most common problems we see during hot weather is frozen evaporator coils.

Many RV owners assume more ice means colder air. Unfortunately, that’s not how air conditioners work. When coils freeze up, airflow becomes restricted and cooling performance drops dramatically.

Common causes of frozen coils include:

✅ Dirty air filters
✅ Restricted airflow from blocked vents
✅ Low voltage issues
✅ Running the AC continuously in extreme humidity
✅ Dirty evaporator coils
✅ Failing components

Signs your RV AC may be freezing up:

🔧 Weak airflow from vents
🔧 Ice visible on the rooftop unit
🔧 AC runs constantly but struggles to cool
🔧 Water dripping inside after the ice melts
🔧 Uneven temperatures throughout the RV

Remember, most RV air conditioners are designed to cool approximately 18-22 degrees below outside temperature. During extreme heat, keeping your system maintained is critical.
