Some guys go to the garage to relax. We tear apart Samsung freezers on a Friday. 🛠️

An update on the Samsung fridge we diagnosed earlier this week: The parts are finally in, and we wasted zero time getting to work.

The freezer drawer is completely off, the evaporator cover is out, and the new factory parts are prepped and ready to go in. When a unit is acting up this bad, you can't just slap a band-aid on it—you have to do a full teardown to ensure it actually stays fixed.
By tonight, this kitchen will be back to normal operations, and the homeowners can finally stop living out of that Yeti cooler.

Diagnosis of the day: Samsung Cooling Issue 🚫❄️

This unit is only 4 years old, but the evaporator fan motor decided to call it quits. We've got the part on order and a full repair scheduled for later this week.💪🏼

She purchased this beautiful washer & dryer set from me and gave me a call thinking something might be wrong. Turns out it was just a clogged filter—nothing major at all 👍

I took the time to show her how to properly clean the filter and gave her a few tips to help prevent it from happening again. Sometimes it’s not about replacing parts—it’s about education and keeping your appliances running strong 💪

Customer says: “It worked for one load… then nothing.”
No start, no noise, no response.

Diagnosis? Failed start switch.

Didn’t have the part on me that visit, but no way I’m leaving a customer stuck with wet laundry 👎
Got her up and running with a temporary fix the same day 💪

Came back today, installed the brand new switch, tested everything — and she’s back in business like nothing ever happened 🔥
