Thank you again to the FHBA for awarding us the grand Aurora for best 10,000 sqft home category 2026.

Mitchell Builders Group was again included in this year’s Southeast Conference (Orlando, FL.), best of the best “Aurora Awards” ceremony, celebrating and recognizing outstanding achievements in design & construction.

Going in to this most prestigious event, we knew we had already won a regional silver Aurora. We did not know we would also be granted the national Grand Aurora as well for our 10,000 square foot custom rock castle home. What a huge honor it is that MBG (previous winner of 2 Aurora’s 2023) is now the proud recipient of 3.

Congratulations to our entire excellent hard working team for making this possible. Each and every one of you has made Mitchell Builders Group stand proud today. May we continue to build better & stronger.

A week ago we received the wonderful news that we won the 2026 Aurora award again this year for the best custom home ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 sqft.

This prestigious Gala that takes place late July celebrates the best of the best in the Southeast building industry honoring both building and design. Out of all finalists in the many different states, Mitchell Builders Group is the only Tennessee based company to be presented with this award. What a great honor.

We are so proud of our (2 time) award winning team! We are so grateful to do what we do best. A BIG shout out to everyone who has made MBG the force that it is today.

Here are just a few pictures of our latest MBG custom home for sale in College Grove. With so many unique features, 5 and a half acres and a private creek to roam around..it won’t be available for too long.

From the spacious open floor plan, the gourmet kitchen (bonus upstairs guest kitchenette), the beautiful hardwood floors throughout, the artfully designed walk in pantry, the coffered ceilings, those huge walk in closets, the one of a kind bathroom adorned with metal rivets, the show stopping chandeliers to the exquisite marble style tiled master bath with built in speakers for your listening pleasure in the steam shower..this is a masterpiece we are extremely proud of.

Every inch of every room was carefully curated and thoughtfully planned out, making this a feature home in College Grove. 6801 Flat Creek Road.
