What happens when you pair concrete walls with an insulated panel roof?

A building designed for strength and year-round comfort.

We’ve been helping with this project, which combines two systems:

ICF walls use reinforced concrete inside permanent insulating forms. That means structural strength, reduced outside noise, and insulation that helps maintain comfortable indoor temperatures.

The SIP roof uses structural insulated panels that combine roof structure and insulation. Properly sealed joints help limit air leakage and reduce heating and cooling demands.

Two different systems working toward the same goal: a strong, well-insulated building.
