🚛 WE’RE BRINGING CIRCLE M TO MOSES LAKE – AND WE NEED OUR TRUCKING LEADER! 🚛

Something massive is coming to Moses Lake right next to Home Depot, and we’re looking for the person who can keep the wheels turning.

If you know us, you know Circle M is the best in the business. We don't just supply construction and landscape materials; we build communities, support contractors, and treat our team like family. We’re fast, we’re growing, and we don't do boring.

We are officially hunting for a Trucking Leader to help launch and grow our brand-new Moses Lake operation.

👉 What’s in it for you?

Top-Tier Pay: Highly competitive base salary + performance bonuses. When Circle M wins, you win.

Lead the Operation: This isn't a desk job where you're watching the clock. You’ll help oversee our trucking operation, coordinate drivers and deliveries, keep trucks moving, and make sure our customers get what they need, when they need it.

Moses Lake & Throughout Washington: Our trucking operation will be based out of our new Moses Lake location, with deliveries and hauling taking place throughout Washington State. You’ll play a key role in building an operation that connects our Moses Lake yard with customers, jobsites, and Circle M locations across the state.

Build Something From the Ground Up: This is a brand-new location. You won’t be stepping into someone else’s system—you’ll have a chance to help build the trucking operation, establish the standards, and make your mark from day one.

An Incredible Culture: We work hard, we play hard, and we actually enjoy coming to work every day. No rigid corporate red tape—just a driven team kicking ass and getting things done.

👉 Who You Are:

You’re a natural leader who knows trucking, logistics, and what it takes to keep a delivery operation running smoothly. You can manage drivers, solve problems when things don't go according to plan, and keep everyone moving in the same direction.

You understand that communication, safety, reliability, and customer service matter. You’re organized, you take pride in your equipment and operation, and you aren't afraid to jump in and get your hands dirty when the job calls for it.

Most importantly, you’re the kind of person who sees an opportunity to build something great—and runs with it.

Ready to help us build something legendary in Moses Lake?

Drop us a comment below, send us a DM, or email your resume directly to [email protected] with the subject "Moses Lake Trucking Leader."

Let’s grow together! 🌲💪🚛
