How’s your garden doing?! This heat has been rough this last week, but we must power through. I’ve lost one tomato plant, the only one in a grow bag, I suspect it was just losing so much of its moisture through the material.

Forever romanticizing these little harvest baskets because, why not?! It brings me so much joy seeing all of this color!...

Forever romanticizing these little harvest baskets because, why not?! It brings me so much joy seeing all of this color! Basil and thyme being used in tonight's dinner. Not pictured, a handful of blueberries that didn't make it inside 🤭🫐While dinner is in the works, making a small batch of strawberry basil lemonade to sip on! Thank you Garden!

Today in the Garden. Sweet Potato slips went in to the ground today, as well as, fairytale pumpkin seeds! We've had some super sweet 100 tomatoes so far, waiting on Cherokee purple, Brandywines, Amish Paste, Roma, Parks Whopper and more! What have you harvested from your garden?

Today's harvest and tomato check in. The purple bush bean variety is Royalty Purple Pod by Southern Exposure Seed Exchange. Peep the little pollinator 🐝 in the background and the Cherokee Purple tomatoes are doing lovely! This is actually my first year growing tomatoes from seed instead of buying all transplants! Super proud of them so far! Got up our remaining onions and pulled up some garlic and Shin Kuroda carrots (seeds from botanical interest) 🥕🧄

Onion starts were purchased from Piedmont Farm and Garden Supply Company in the winter. They’ve done so well!
