This custom build has came to a finish. Always a good week when that happens. This house has a little of everything from stone , hardi , standing seam metal roof , a real wood burning stove , epoxy garage floors , a separate griddle room with a commercial hood, 2 custom showers , back up generator , a induction cook top , a dual fuel hvac system, dehumidifier system in the crawlspace and more. It’s been a good job and we are happy to hand the keys over to the Madewell’s this week. Thank you Jared and Nancy for entrusting us with your new custom home.

Some of our in house carpentry work we do for our customers. Today it was gable accents. 8”by 8”stained Douglas Fir.

Down to the last week on this custom build.

Getting this custom home started. One Of my favorite stages of building is the foundation going in. This footer will have around 40 yards of concrete which equates to 4 full concrete trucks.

Productive week. We are enjoying the longer days and warmer weather. Pup helping me sow some yards this week , packing in the straw for me. 😆 🐕 🌱.
