I found some of these products for sale at Home Depot and it looks like the outlet and light kit will run you about 70 bucks however, the price can vary. There are some upgraded and additional options to choose from.

Imagine delivering a completed electrical system, for a new house, only having installed the skyplug for each light location.....the homeowner can follow up with light fixtures themselves just plugging them in. No more waiting for final inspection because because of fixture delays or replacements.

Keep in mind electricians - a light must be still be installed in bathrooms & kitchens at the least !
