saw this beauty at a clients yesterday. He was hunting for rodents. Fox are an important part of our ecosystem. They are shy creatures who avoid people, so please don’t be afraid or think you need to “ get rid “ of them. They eat rodents; rats, mice, voles and moles, all things that damage our gardens. They are beautiful and fun to watch, especially when they pounce on the ground to hunt!

last night while walking on the beach, we found spotted lantern fly all over, washed up from the storm. We killed the ones that were still alive as they are an invasive species that can devastate crops. They are not strong fliers and will often wash up on the beach after a storm. Please, if you see them anywhere, kill them.

Always a joy visiting the gardens!Bonus, sharing time with clients and their friends. .d.rubenstein

It’s pretty bad out still at 5 pm. Please stay off the roads and give the highway dept time to clear. Kudos to them, for the amount of snow we had, this is pretty good! Be safe out there folks!
