Jason Phernetton, Sara Jo Martinez (me) and the rest of the Red Barn family want to send out our sincerest condolences to our friends, and recent customers Madeline and her family in the loss of Richard.

Last month we finished up Richard and Madeline's GAF - roof. These two we're customers who quickly became like family to us. Every time I called Madeline she would share with me what she did that week and what he and Richard were up to. The first time we showed up to work out their roof contract, we sat with Richard and Madeline and had a few laughs.
Throughout the entire claim process, we often had to go to their house, to do our process and every visit was special. We did the running for them to their insurance agent and helped in any way we could, not just their roof.

Madeline really wanted her siding done, but we couldn't get the insurance to cover it, but boy did she want that done. Even Richard had the color picked out he wanted to match his new windows. They were all around a joy and happy every time we seen them. Talking about their great grand children's birthday, their grandkids that helped them with the mowing and so much more.

Every time we showed up I was greeted with the biggest hug from Madeline. Richard was a man of few words, but his smile was contagious. 🥰

We were truely blessed to help this family. As I watched the funeral video below, I had tears in my eyes on the first 30 seconds.
