How do I submit an order? You can send a private message on the Facebook or Instagram business pages, or submit your order to [email protected].
2. How much notice do you need for placing an order?
2 weeks minimum notice is required for orders, however some months are busier than others and book fully. It is recommended you submit your order 1 month in advance to secure your set date/
time.
3. What information do I need to provide at the time of ordering? Quantity of cookies, photos of desired designs, email address.
4. What is the minimum order required?
2 dozen (24 cookies) is the required minimum for cookie orders. You can submit orders for less, however there will be an increase in charge, per unit, for smaller orders.
5. How much do your cookies cost? Variable; this depends on quantity (price per unit decreases, the larger the order), additions (ie: metallic edible paint, coloration, and complexity.
6. Are there additions you can add to orders, for an up-charge? Yes, metallic edible paint, custom handwriting, stencil airbrushing, and individual bagging; please message for details regarding each of these options.
7. When do I need to submit payment? A 20% non-refundable down payment is required at the time of order submission, the remaining payment is due at the time of exchange.
8. What types of payment do you accept? Cash, Venmo (-OConnor-32), or Paypal ([email protected]).
9. Bakery items must be picked up from South Lyon, Michigan. Mitten Smitten Sweets can deliver your items, however the date/time may be limited to after 5:00pm and the customer will incur additional fees for mileage costs.
10. Do you mail/ship cookies? No we cannot mail/ship, our cottage industry regulations do not allow mailing of orders.
11. Can you make gluten or lactose free baked goods? No, our cottage industry regulations do not allow for these modifications.
