Clasen Painting

Hello!!! Exterior season is getting underway in Cleveland Ohio!!!
we are very weather conscious...
keep in mind...
paint needs to be applied under 70%humidity and in temps under 90.
also.... if you have a wood house built before 1978 that needs painted... call me for details that may be pertinent.

I always forget to post on this site,
most people do find us ... Tom Clasen and Belinda Willsey Tran
on our personal pages.
Looking forward to painting a room for two sisters tommorrow, one side blue and one side pink. I love when parents care enough to give children their own choice of paint colors.
Its one of my favorite parts of this job, helping children with their autonomy!
Fall season is here, call for quotes if you are in need or just curious what it would cost.
love to all!

There has been alot of information on the NAR Settlement that may have some people confused.
The process of BUYING and SELLING homes is still exciting and full of new beginnings.
Call me if you would like to know how the new changes
affect you personally.
If you dont need any Real Estate needs at this time, please pass along this post or my name when you can!

Let's explore some of our city's fascinating history! 🏛️ This photo showcases a coquina boulder with a hole in its center, once a crucial component of Spanish Cane Crushers used during the Second Spanish Period around 1806. Similar boulders have been discovered along the Tomoka Basin and Halifax River areas, each serving as a testament to our rich past. Dive deeper into this history at the Port Orange Historical Trust on Commonwealth Blvd, open Thursday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 🌟
