A failed home inspection doesn’t always mean a failed home sale.

We were called after a buyer backed out because sewer issues were discovered during an inspection.

We completed a full sewer camera inspection, identified the problem, excavated only where necessary, replaced the damaged piping, installed a new cleanout, thoroughly cleaned the sewer with both an auger and hydro jet, and will restore the basement floor back to grade.

To give future buyers added peace of mind, we’re also including a transferable one-year sanitary sewer warranty with the repair.

We know a clogged toilet can be a bit of a hassle, and sometimes it’s trickier than it looks. Recently in Chagrin Falls, our team had to take the toilet out, clear the blockage with a cable, and check everything underneath.

After taking a good look, we found that the fl**ge was still doing its job, but it had some wear and tear. Once we cleared the line, we put the toilet back in with a fresh wax ring, t-bolts, and supply line, making sure everything was sealed up tight and leak-free.
