Prepared and painted exterior

Pressure washed, two small repairs, installed 1 x 8 board at the base of the siding to separate siding from brick, caulked and sealed cracks and gaps, primed bricks with masonry primer, applied Sherwin Williams exterior duration to all surfaces. Deck not included.

Prepared and painted newly constructed shelves using Sherwin Williams hybrid urethane color matched to the interior trim color. Shelves constructed by Doby’s remodeling and Leal tile and more.

Sanded, primed and painted vanity black with Sherwin Williams hybrid eurethane satin finish. Constructed and installed built in shelf.

07/31/2025

Demolished and hauled away existing deck. Constructed new 16 x 24’ deck, railings, and stairs. Stairs were relocated to the yard side of the deck. Project was completed in partnership with Leal Tile & More, Doby’s Remodeling and McCall Painting Plus.

06/23/2025

Washed deck with a mild bleach and water solution followed by a high pressure rinse. Applied Messmer’s oil based “Oxford Brown” to deck and railings.

03/14/2025

Complete kitchen remodel. Demolished old cabinets, three layers of linoleum floor, and countertop. Reinforced floor under the sink cabinets and replaced subfloor. Laid new LVP flooring, base and shoe, installed upper and lower cabinets. Installed five base cabinet pullouts. Installed new dishwasher, refrigerator and range hood. Changed all electrical outlets, switches and overhead lights. Installed quartz countertop, new under mount sink, and faucet. Finished with fresh paint job.

Complete demolition of existing bathroom. Opened doorway from 30” to 36”. Installed barn door to allow total access to bathroom to accommodate wheelchair access. Replaced tub with four piece shower enclosure. Installed sliding glass shower door, new vanity, faucet, vanity light, new toilet, tile floor, new shower valve, drain etc, and painted interior.

Prepared and painted ceiling, walls, and trim. Sherwin Williams super paint was applied. “Deepwater blue” walls ceiling Flat white and trim extra white.
