Paragon Apartments is just a couple of blocks from our Brookings office, so we've had a front-row seat to seeing this project come to life.

Most projects don't start with a project. They start with a question: is this worth fixing, or is it time to replace it?

That's a hard question to answer from the outside. With mechanical and electrical engineering in-house, we can walk a building and give you a straight answer on what's actually driving the problem and what it would take to solve it.

Not every project starts with a signed contract. Sometimes it starts with showing up because you believe in what a community's trying to build.

That's where we are with Mitchell's proposed indoor sports facility, putting design hours in to help local leaders figure out what's realistic, from layout to cost to what it could actually offer families and kids.

It's early, and plenty is still being worked out. But we're glad to be part of it from the start!

This one's close to home. Our Mitchell office is working with the city on the design of a second fire station.

A second station means faster response for the neighborhoods up north, with a layout built around how the department actually works. Those three red doors open in just seven seconds, cutting real time off every response.

Proud to help Mitchell plan for what its neighbors need next!

75+ years of faith. A future designed to match.

We're proud to have our architecture and MEP engineering teams working alongside Dakota Land Design on this impactful project for Mount Calvary Lutheran Church in Brookings.

A larger sanctuary, a main-floor fellowship hall, and a fully accessible space. All designed to welcome this congregation for generations to come!

Some additions are about square footage. This one's about impact.

Here's a look at the design for Advance's HQ addition in Brookings. New office space, a dedicated occupational and physical therapy (OT/PT) room, a training room, and updated support areas, all designed to better serve staff and program participants.

ADVANCE exists to help individuals of all abilities find meaningful employment, grow personally, and stay involved in their community. The exact type of mission we are proud to play a small part in!
