The homeowner observed bubbling and rotting of the siding, so we removed the existing siding, replaced several plywood sheets, put new insulation in where needed and installed new SmartSide siding, along with new flashing at the gutter to prevent future issues. Perfect example of why you don’t hire the cheapest guy you find! This floor failed due to there only being a small portion of the room with moisture barrier. Why they didint just do the whole room I have no idea. Cheap isn’t always good
