This project is a clear example of what full-scale land management should look like.
The project covered a 5.25-acre trail area with a 0.79-mile perimeter, requiring 37 trailer loads of debris haul-off and the removal of approximately 444,000 pounds of material.
Before our team came in, sections of the trail system were surrounded by fallen timber, storm debris, overgrowth, hazardous trees, and obstructed trail edges. These areas were difficult to maintain, visually cluttered, and no longer reflected the standard expected from an upscale private community trail system.
New Heights restored access, opened sightlines, removed hazardous debris, cleared obstructed trail corridors, addressed hazardous trees, and brought the surrounding land back into a clean, walkable, and maintainable condition.
This is more than everyday tree work.
This is complete property restoration.
Whether it’s an HOA, private community, country club, residential property, private development, or estate-style property, our goal is to create outdoor spaces that are safer, more usable, easier to maintain, and visually cared for.
That is the standard New Heights brings to every property we’re trusted to manage.
