This job needed three sides finished and fenced in, so we completed this customer’s backyard with a beautiful vinyl fence!

Not only did it give the yard a clean, finished look, but it also helped reduce road noise and added security and privacy for the family.

Thank you for trusting 1st Rate to fence in your backyard! We truly appreciate your business!

This Fountain Inn family chose a classic look with this 2-rail split rail fence paired with galvanized welded wire!

Split rail is a rugged, decorative fence that many homeowners love for its open, natural look. Adding welded wire gives you the best of both worlds—rustic style with a little extra function and security.

Another beautiful fence project completed for a local family!

Out with the old and in with the new!

This project started with tearing out a 20+ year-old wood fence and replacing it with a beautiful arched-top privacy fence. It's always satisfying giving a backyard a fresh new look!

It got us thinking... Arched-top fences were extremely popular about 10–15 years ago, and now we're seeing them make a comeback. Kind of like fashion—styles seem to come and go every decade or so!

So, what do you think?

YA – Arched-top fences are timeless.
NAH – Flat-top is the way to go.

We knocked out this 200-foot fence in just 2 days, even in this brutal heat! 🔥 The crew was on fire from start to finish.

This project, completed near the downtown Greenville area, features two 4-foot-wide single gates and gave our customer the secure backyard they were looking for.

A huge thank you to a fellow firefighter for trusting us with the opportunity to fence in your backyard. We truly appreciate your support! 🇺🇸🚒

This 6-foot-tall Charleston-style fence with a bottom fascia board was recently built in Moore, SC, for a customer whose first fence we installed over five years ago.

There’s nothing more rewarding than earning a customer’s trust time and time again. We truly appreciate your continued support and the opportunity to help with another project.

Thank you for choosing First Rate Fence!

This 6' white vinyl fence was an addition to a project we completed a couple of years ago. One of the biggest advantages of vinyl fencing is its versatility. We were able to remove the existing back fence and reuse those panels along the side property line—even with a different grade. That's something you simply can't do with an existing wood fence.

We also installed a new double gate to complete the expansion, giving our customer both added access and a seamless look.

A big thank you to our friend in Pelzer for trusting First Rate with another fencing project. We truly appreciate your continued support!
