Just completed today!! This is our 5th completed project for this customer, he now has a freshly built 12x24 lean-to & a freshly painted shed!

December has been so good to us!

We have completed yet again another project!
This Pergola, is 12x14 and we’ve had the whole neighbor slow down just to check out our work!
We built this structure to withstand a hurricane!

The 2x10 beams are fastened with 5 inch Headlok
The 2x6 rafters are 16 on center with Simpson hurricane rafter ties on both ends, so 24 total!
We used 6x6 post mounted with Simpson post brackets with 5 inch concrete lags!
The 2x4 purlins are 24 inches on center.
We built this structure on a slight pitch, so when we come back to stain in a few months, we can add clear corrugated roofing material!
