🌱 A GREAT LAWN STARTS BELOW THE SURFACE!

Your lawn may look great after a fresh mow, but some of the most important lawn care happens beneath the grass! 🍃

Here are 5 reasons lawn aeration matters:

✅ Reduces Soil Compaction — Creates space for air, water, and nutrients to reach the roots.

💧 Improves Water Absorption — Helps water pe*****te the soil instead of running off the surface.

🌿 Encourages Stronger Roots — Gives roots better access to the resources they need to grow.

💚 Supports Thicker, Healthier Grass — Creates better growing conditions for a fuller, more resilient lawn.

🌱 Helps New Grass Grow — When paired with overseeding, aeration helps grass seed reach the soil for better germination.

Fall is a great time to give your lawn a fresh start! 🍂

Ready to give your lawn some extra care? Contact GreenSweep to learn more about our aeration and seeding services!

Let’s give a big round of applause to our August Team Members of the Month, Rey and Hector!

Rey consistently maintains top labor variance performance, and his work quality is exceptionally high. During Crew training day at Rocky Gorge, he impressed managers. Recently, he also demonstrated extreme professionalism while handling a frustrated resident.

Hector consistently goes above and beyond for the company. He is well-liked by clients and excels at communicating with managers to ensure there are no surprises.

Thank you both for your contributions in making us successful! RTB!

🌱Small Project. Big Difference.

Sometimes, a simple refresh can transform an eye sore into a stunning space. This project may seem small, but its impact is significant. Our GreenSweep team meticulously cleaned up six landscape beds, removing dead plants and replacing them with fresh plant materials and mulch. They also defined the edges with fresh timber surrounds, elevating the space to a polished and inviting look.

👉 Swipe to see the transformation!

Have a landscape area that could use a refresh? Let’s talk.

Good times, great teamwork, and a little Chesapeake Bay adventure! 🦀🌊

Our management teams recently traded in the office for the water and spent the day crabbing on the Chesapeake Bay.

It was a great opportunity to step away, enjoy some time together, and celebrate the people who help keep our teams—and our businesses—moving forward.

We’re grateful for this crew and the teamwork, leadership, and camaraderie they bring to work every day. Here’s to making memories both on and off the job! 🦀☀️
