Finding yourself under the weather… or is the weather under your house??
All you know is the moisture has taken control of your house! The smallest amount of MOISTURE can lead to one of the biggest expenses you’ve seen! Hard to point to what the actual problem is, BUT we’ve got you covered. When everyone points to someone else… and the problem is bigger than all of them, we can put our heads together and figure it out.
This home went from one extreme to another. One minute it was an HVAC problem, the next was an insulation problem, the next was a ground moisture issue, next it was the moisture barrier under the flooring, in the end it was just WET and we were falling through the floors and breathing in moldy air!
We can cover the ground, we can reroute the HVAC, we can LAY THAT NEW SUB AND FLOORING!
