Just completed this beautiful beachfront condo remodel on Siesta Key!
This was a challenging but incredibly rewarding project. We transformed this outdated 2-bedroom condo into a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a completely new open-concept layout.
The project included: ✔ Complete kitchen relocation ✔ New plumbing throughout the building ✔ New electrical ✔ New HVAC ductwork ✔ Urban Slim white cabinetry ✔ Quartz countertops with an integrated wooden slab seating area ✔ Fully remodeled master bathroom with a spacious Roman shower, double vanity, and custom pantry storage ✔ Complete guest bathroom remodel ✔ New flooring throughout ✔ Interior painting ✔ Fireplace renovation
One of the biggest challenges was working through the HOA approval process. After several design revisions and approvals, we were able to make the homeowners' vision a reality.
The result is a bright, modern beach condo with a functional open-concept kitchen, beautiful finishes, and a completely updated floor plan.
We're proud of how this project turned out and grateful for the opportunity to bring another dream home to life.
Thinking about remodeling your kitchen, bathroom, condo, or entire home? We'd love to help!
