A little before and after photo of the install we just completed last week. The old oil boiler had a failed domestic hot water coil and needed a lot of love. We paired up a new triple pass Trio cold start boiler with a 40 gallon indirect hot water storage tank. The new system is set up with a Taco 0018e ECM circulator pump with Caleffi zone valves for maximum electrical efficiency. This circulator pump will automatically adjust its running speed based on the number of heating zones that are running.

Another replacement oil boiler installation in the books. Two heating zones with an indirect hot water heater. This new Trio cold start, triple pass, low mass oil boiler will surely save the customer fuel costs over the existing Valent tankless coil boiler. This boiler is controlled with a hydrostat water temperature control with great fuel saving logic.

Another NTI Compass high efficiency propane boiler takes the place of the old oil boiler. The existing boilermate was re-fitted to the new boiler. The customer is planning on finishing their basement and wanted the oil tank gone!

Just wrapped up this new heating system in a new house in Oakland. The heating system is all ready for the baseboard heat elements to be connected once the floors are installed. All of the wiring was pre-run inside the wall for a cleaner look. Give us a call for a free quote!
