New construction in floor radiant heat installation utilizing Tekmar thermostats with floor sensors to help with temperature swings during large outdoor temperature fluctuations and to protect the engineered wood floor from being overheated. This system was installed in a 6 ft x 3 ft mechanical room along with a 20 gallon wall hung indirect fired water heater along with a constant pressure well pump. The wall hung hot water storage tank provides consistant hot water in a compact package without the headaches of a combi boiler. All of the wiring was run inside the interior walls of the mechanical room during contruction. Also installed a Mitsubishi heat pump in the main living area for cooling. Gas piping ran across the garage into the mechanical room and then to a gas range and gas fireplace insert.

Wrapped up on another Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Pump install today. The indoor unit is on an interior wall with the refrigerant lines running thru the basement floor trusses. The refrigerant lines were run inside the daylight basement wall and poked out right behind the outdoor unit for a nice clean look.
