This customer called with a pretty complicated situation. Their addition was falling away from the main portion of the house due to improper footings and framing. As a result, the chimney was broken and unstable at the bottom, and the addition sank about 4 inches. We stabilized the structure, dug and poured new sono tubes, reframed the damaged portions, and fastened everything properly before putting the structure back down. Setting the standard, one job at a time.

We raised the building,installed a new reinforced cinder block wall with a foundation drain, as well as a sil replacement to bring this garage back on a structurally sound foundation.

Doing it the right way, one chimney at a time! We tore down 5 courses of brick, replaced the lead flashing, rebuilt the chimney and poured a reinforced concrete cap for this customer getting ready to sell their home.

Before and After. We helped this customer regain their yard after the previous contractor left over 100 yards of boulders, and fill from the addition they completed. We also had several trees taken down that were encroaching on the house. Lastly, we installed 2 downspout drains and tied them into a dry well to keep water away from the basement. We are looking forward to returning in the fall for a proper lawn install. “Setting the standard, one job at a time”. Thank you for viewing and your continued support.
