A local small business-owner needs your help identifying this thief. The b/m subject can be seen in this video breaking two windows in work trucks located under a carport behind locked gates. The thief can also be clearly seen removing equipment and tools after using a tank to bust the windows. This crime occurred in the 8500 block of Box Rd., in Shreveport.
