There are no words to truly describe or imagine what a parent must endure or experience when they lose a young child. We believe there is no way to understand or grasp the trauma or devastation without God forbid experiencing themselves. There are no words. There is no sense to be made. Our sincerest comfort, sympathy, and genuine sorrow goes to everyone who loved Kamryn, most especially her parents and family. Please consider helping this family with the daunting and excruciating responsibility of taking care of her in death and memory, to at least ease the stress of their sweet angel leaving them far too soon. That type of pain is unimaginable, thankfully, to most. We hope to help them grieve their profound loss in a little peace. So much love, sympathy, and hugs to her family and those who loved her. Gone far too soon! 🕯🌟😇

FRAMING FORMAN
What You’ll Do:
-Lead and manage a framing crew on residential construction projects
-Interpret blueprints, layouts, and framing plans with accuracy
-Ensure work is plumb, level, square, and meets our high craftsmanship standards
-Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
-Collaborate with the project manager to stay on schedule and within budget
-Train and mentor apprentices and carpenters
-Communicate clearly with the crew and leadership

What We’re Looking For
-Minimum 5 years framing experience (2+ years in a leadership role preferred)
-Strong knowledge of framing practices, code requirements, and safe work habits
-Ability to read and interpret plans and construction documents
-Solid organizational and time management skills
-A “Renaissance tradesman” mindset—willing to keep learning and growing
-Dependable, respectful, and a good communicator
-Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools

BUILDER/CARPENTER
What You’ll Do:
-Work under the guidance of the Foreman to frame, build, and install residential structures
-Interpret layouts, take accurate measurements, and follow plans with precision
-Perform a range of tasks including framing, decking, siding, sheathing, flooring, and trim
-Keep jobsite clean, organized, and safe
-Maintain tools and follow company safety protocols
-Support team members and be open to learning new skills

What We’re Looking For:
-2+ years of hands-on construction experience
-Solid framing skills and general carpentry knowledge
-Ability to read a tape, operate saws, drills, and hand tools safely
-Dependable, punctual, and willing to follow instructions
-Positive attitude, team mindset, and a desire to grow
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

DRYWALL FINISHER
What You’ll Do:
-Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall to a high standard of quality
-Match textures and feather seams for smooth transitions
-Perform repairs and patchwork as needed
-Collaborate with foremen and other crew members to stay on schedule
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-Ensure jobs are done right the first time—no shortcuts

What We’re Looking For:
-2+ years of drywall finishing experience (residential preferred)
-Skilled with taping tools, sanding equipment, and texture matching
-Strong eye for detail and clean finishing
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a crew
-Good attitude, clear communication, and pride in your work
-Valid driver’s license and transportation required

PAINTER (INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR)
What You’ll Do:
-Perform interior and exterior painting on residential projects
-Prep surfaces (caulking, sanding, priming) for smooth, lasting finishes
-Apply paint by brush, roller, and sprayer as needed
-Match colors and touch up work for a flawless final look
-Maintain a clean, organized jobsite
-Communicate with foreman and crew to stay on schedule

What We’re Looking For:
-2+ years of residential painting experience
-Skilled in all phases: prep, cut-ins, rolling, spraying, and clean-up
-Strong attention to detail—neat, crisp, and consistent work is a must
-Dependable, on time, and able to work independently or with a team
-Comfortable on ladders and with basic safety protocols
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
