Luan didnt need to come up! Just alittle prep and she is ready to go! Most people want to charge you for every little thing because they are in the business of making money not helping people along the way! The dip in this floor was at a spot where it wasnt necessary to remove luan. Other places would have charged you to remove all that and do prep on top of it Difference between a man owned and a God owned company!
