Been a minute since we posted anything……ill try and do better next year 😉
Thank you to all our customers, friends, supporters, and fans. 2025 was a good and very busy year for us. We try hard to make everyone happy, and sometimes it’s just not possible. We love what we do, and are looking forward to building with you in 2026! Cheers to the New Year.

I don’t know of anyone that would have a bad word to say about this man. Always smiling and joking around. Waving everytime he sees ya. Hard workin, generous, and as good as it gets. A true legend in Southwest Iowa/Shenandoah area.

This Sunday from 12-4 in Shenandoah. Shenandoah Vision committee has put together a list of commercial buildings for sale, and or lease. Please help get the word out and come check them out. There are maps and flyers at the Mill across from the Depot. One of the buildings for lease or sale is the old Browns shoe fit main office building which I own. It’s 6300 sq ft of ready to go office space. Tons of potential. Check it out.

We're pleased to share a preview of Sportsplex's renovation with a couple of before and after photos. Sportsplex will reopen tomorrow, and we encourage you to go check them out and support it. The Hughes family continues to be a valued part of our community, serving Shenandoah and surrounding towns. Running a business is not easy to do, pleasing everyone is impossible, but they sure try to have something for everyone. Go check out their updates, renovations, and enjoy some food and a drink. They still have more to come too!

This was a covered pergola installed approximately 3 yrs ago. They rearranged their furniture and realized water was coming their wall inside. As you can see, it was never flashed, built, wrong etc. Do your homework. Hire licensed, insured people who do quality work. Don’t hire someone because they tagged their self, or their family tagged them or recommended them. Don’t take the cheapest bid. Just do yourself a favor and take your time selecting someone and get multiple bids. 😬

Mondos is officially open! Go check them out and see it for yourself! We are proud of this one. We were given 30 days to complete this transformation and the boys did amazing! Let us know what ya think. Here are a few before and afters, but you’ll definitely gonna need to see it for yourself 🙂
