We wanted to let you know that our weekly property maintenance schedule may look a little different this week. Unfortunately, we currently have two pieces of mowing equipment down for warranty repairs.

As we adjust our schedule to accommodate these unexpected breakdowns, your regular service may take place a day earlier or a day later than usual.

We are doing everything we can to stay on schedule and minimize any delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding while our equipment is being repaired.

Due to the recent heavy rainfall, many properties are holding excess water, making conditions too wet to mow without risking damage to your lawn.

To protect your property, we will be adjusting our schedule and may be 1–2 days behind. This means some lawns may be serviced over the weekend as we work to get everyone caught up safely.

We understand the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Our priority is to provide quality service while avoiding unnecessary ruts, tire marks, and damage to your lawn. We’d rather be slightly behind schedule than leave your property in worse condition.
