New project completed for our longtime client, Blake’s Orchard & Cider Mill.
8,500 sq ft coated under unique conditions. This floor was stamped concrete, so this wasn’t a standard grind-and-coat job.

To preserve the stamped detail, we used smaller sanders with 80-grit abrasives to achieve proper mechanical adhesion without flattening the texture. From there, the surface was thoroughly vacuumed, scrubbed, acetone-mopped, and prepped for coating.

The system included a primer coat, a gloss base coat with aluminum oxide for traction, and a satin topcoat to reduce shine while maintaining a clean, professional look.

In restaurant environments with heavy foot traffic—especially during snow and rain—flooring has to balance safety, durability, and appearance. This system was built to do exactly that.

New job in Detroit. Old soul preserved.
2,900 sq ft completed for a restaurant renovation — polished concrete throughout the main floor and hallway, with a satin-finish epoxy system installed in the kitchen and back rooms for durability and cleanability.

The standout piece? The original brick floor from 1917, laid when the building was first constructed. We applied an epoxy base coat followed by a satin polyurethane topcoat, bringing the color and texture back to life while protecting it for modern use.
Now the brick pops without losing its character.

This project took about 5 days start to finish, coordinating different systems across multiple spaces under one roof.

104 years in business. One room at a time.
3,000 sq ft completed for Cadillac Oil Company, a Michigan business with over 104 years of history, currently in the process of revamping their facility.

Our scope was to strip multiple layers of old epoxy down to bare concrete, then apply densifier and sealer to create a surface that’s cleaner, tighter, and easier to maintain.

The work was completed over three days, starting with a scarifier for bulk removal, followed by planetary grinding in stages — 6 grit, 16 grit, 30 grit, and 70 grit — to properly refine the surface before sealing.

This floor is one phase of a multi-room renovation, being completed in scheduled monthly stages.

Another floor brought back to life.
700 sq ft basement concrete polishing after cutting through layers of thick glue — transformed into a clean, smooth, beautiful finish.

This one’s in St. Clair Shores, where we’re steadily turning basements into livable, usable spaces — not just storage rooms.
We ran 2 grinders along with our HEPA vacuums with hoses routed upstairs in the garage. We also brought our new air scrubber, keeping the air clean and our lungs protected while working in a confined space. Safety matters. Quality matters.

Back to life on 8 Mile.
2,000 sq ft of refreshed concrete polishing on 8 Mile Rd in Highland Park, Detroit — a former Plaza restaurant brought back with a clean, revived finish.

This floor had history. It was previously polished, worked hard, and now it’s ready for its next chapter. We reworked the surface while coordinating with multiple trades on site, keeping everything moving and on schedule.

Detroit floors don’t need to be replaced — they need to be done right.
