💧No water?
💧Air in the lines?

-If you are experiencing either no water or air in your water lines on a shallow well system (jet pump) you are probably dealing with a rusted fitting at your well head. When these wells were installed they used galvanized fittings that are not holding any more.

At MB Plumbing, we go right after the well head ( if it’s plastic ) we,

-Install new check with vacuum gauge
-replace well tee in yard
- Pressure test suction line

💧Low pressure?
💧Pump kicking on a lot?

If yes to any of these, you may have a bad bladder tank like the one in the video. The purpose of this tank is to protect your pump, either jet or submersible. With out this working properly you may burn your pump up!

This customer had some issues with gurgling in the drains. They had a pretty bad root intrusion in their orangeburg drain line to Their septic. We got them right with some new PVC and even seeded the yard. (And yes we installed a clean out and removed cap)
