🚧 NOW HIRING — HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR TRAINEE / CONSTRUCTION LABORER 🚧
Grayson Groundworks LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our crew.
💰 Starting pay: $15–$21/hr based on experience. Experienced operators may earn more based on position, skills, and performance.
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation — must have
• Dependable and willing to work
• Strong attention to detail
• Understands priorities and can follow direction
• Able to work outdoors and perform physical labor
• Equipment/construction experience is a plus
• CDL is a major plus
Schedule & Work Expectations:
• Generally Monday–Friday, with hours varying between approximately 8 AM and 6 PM depending on the job
• Work is weather-dependent, so flexibility is important
• If weather causes us to lose workdays, weekend work may be required to make up missed time
Duties include general labor, assisting equipment operators, site work, cleanup, material handling, and learning to operate heavy equipment as skills and experience develop.
