KP Custom Homes

A home full of warmth, character, and thoughtful details.

The Smith residence brings together beautiful site-finished heart pine flooring, vaulted ceilings, natural wood accents, and inviting spaces designed around the homeowners' vision.

One of the most rewarding parts of building custom homes is hearing from the families we build for.

“The quality of the build is top shelf; the quality is evident from the moment you step foot in the home.”

We're grateful to the homeowners for trusting KP Custom Homes to bring their vision to life.

We’re proud to see a custom home we built in Seven Lakes West featured in PineStraw Magazine’s October issue!

“Cape Cod Soul” shares the story behind Chris and Kerrie’s lakefront home and the New England touches that make it their own.

Thank you, Chris and Kerrie, for trusting us with your home, and to PineStraw for the beautiful feature. We really enjoyed being part of this one!

We’ve been working on something new for KP Custom Homes.

Our new website is live, with a better look at the homes we’ve built, the areas we serve, and how we approach the custom home building process.

If you’re thinking about building in Seven Lakes, Pinehurst, Southern Pines, West End, Foxfire, or the surrounding Moore County area, take a look:

We’re proud of how it came together — and even more proud of the homes behind it.
