This recently completed northwest mid century modern was a true team effort with architecture by Shoegnome Architects and interior design work by Modernous Interior Design. The home was originally designed and built by the former homeowner, a local shop teacher.
The new owners did a fantastic job of creating a vision for the home that honored the original feel while updating the spaces for a more modern look.
The biggest change was turning one of two main floor bedrooms into the open concept kitchen you see now and creating a bedroom where the old kitchen was, a brilliant design by Jared at Shoegnome Architects.
We’re deeply proud of our crew at Craftsman Builders, our subcontractors, architect, designers and homeowners on this one.
More pics to come soon, including before photos!
