New homes, barndominiums, polebarns, home additions, remodeling, framing, siding, concrete flatwork, excavation services etc. Molnar Construction was started in 2004 by Dan Molnar, at the age of 22 after working for various area builders and contractors since the age of 13. I started off doing small remodeling and carpentry projects on my own and have graduated over the years into the larger proje
cts. Presently, Molnar Construction employs 4 to 8 talented workers at any given time. We strive to treat each project as if it were our own home or business. We also have a residential and commercial concrete flatwork crew that can tackle almost any concrete flatwork project, whether big or small. We also pour all of the flatwork for our own projects on the construction side of the company. Along with the concrete flatwork, we do our own excavating as well. In doing this, we keep our projects better on schedule and can keep costs down by retaining as much of the project in-house as possible.
