Garlow Property Maintenance has been quite busy. Our 6 communities, medical facilities and numerous commercial facilities are still on the grow weekly with all the rain. Keeping our lawn maintenance teams on long, hot hours. Our Landscape team is rocking it out, too! Fully planted in phase 1 of the industrial complex. Landscape Beds were edged today. Weather pending the next two days aluminum edging and mulch should be in.
Phase 2 is already in the works. Stay tuned for more updates!

Taking a Garlow Property Maintenance quality check walk-through this morning. Checking for any corrections before drip systems, steel edged landscape islands, shrubs, river stone, mulch and boulders are installed next week. We are very pleased with the quality of these beautiful trees!

Garlow Property Maintenance has welcomed an additional six communities since April. Three of which are some of the largest in Kalamazoo County. We were sent screenshots of a post a family member saw regarding the Garlow service at one of our communities.
This is the service and standards we hold ourself to and we are so proud the residents can feel proud of their homes.

This week we have been busy taking on ANOTHER community for all seasons care. To the pictures you see here of a LARGE scale landscaping job for a new Industrial multi complex. We start on 1 of 4 landscape phases in about 2 weeks. Pictured is only part of phase 2. Large is an understatement. We can’t wait to share the progress as we go!
