✅Out with the old and in with the new✅

This kitchen got a much needed upgrade with a brand new sink install, and the difference speaks for itself. The new sink pairs perfectly with the existing countertop, and the new faucet ties everything together for a clean, modern look.

We didn’t just stop at what you can see, we also updated the plumbing underneath to make sure everything is solid, efficient, and leak free for the long run.

Another clean install in the books!

🪚 Another Rot Repair Job in the Books! 🔨

The wooden fence surrounding this client’s AC unit was heavily rotted and falling apart, but we brought it back to life. We removed all of the damaged wood, installed a brand new 6x6 post, and rebuilt the structure to perfectly match the original fence style.

To top it off, we color matched the paint and applied a fresh coat, leaving everything looking clean, solid, and like new again. Most importantly, we left behind another happy customer!

🔨 Privacy Fence Replacement! 🪚

This 6ft privacy fence on Tybee Island was in desperate need of a full replacement, and we delivered a fresh, clean new look. We started by removing the old fence, digging out the existing posts, and setting brand-new ones right in their place. Everything was installed to perfectly match the slope and grade of the yard for a seamless finish.

Even better, every part of this fence, including the pickets, is secured with screws for added durability and long-term strength. This was a great project to bring to life, and once the pressure treated lumber fully dries, we’ll be back to apply a professional stain to protect it for years to come.

🏡 Entire House Transformation Complete! 🎉

This historic downtown Savannah home just received a full exterior revival! We performed a complete paint scrape, prime, and repaint using the highest-quality Sherwin-Williams paint available—covering everything from siding, soffit, fascia, and window trim to all the details in between.

The upstairs balcony got some serious attention as well. Due to improper installation from previous work, water was pooling and seeping into the walls and ceiling below. We removed the old balcony floor and installed a fully waterproof ZIP System deck, properly flashed and re-pitched to ensure long-term drainage and protection.

On the front of the home, second-story siding had begun to rot. We removed the damaged material, house-wrapped and sealed the wall, then installed new historically accurate siding—fully primed, painted, and sealed for durability and longevity.

This project was truly an honor to work on, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
