Moody, memorable limewash that transports you to another time and place.

Meoded Lime Wash custom tinted for this office that will double as a sophisticated man cave for an NFL player who was looking for a relaxing, speak easy vibe that he and his wife could enjoy longterm.

Their designer worked closely with us on the color over several sample boards.

More, styled photos coming soon.

Thank you to John and Jennifer for continuing to trust us with your home, adding beautiful finishes including this incredible Phillip Jeffries wallpaper.

The simplicity of the pattern is deceiving in terms of how easy you’d think it was to install. But we know better, so we brought our talented and detailed friend, Emilee, Emilee Taubert to lead the installation. The level of perfection was amazing to observe. Thank you for your hard work and perfectionism 🙌

Thank you team Armistead Paint and Supply Buckhead, Atlanta for helping us with the wallpaper, glue and supplies .

Still in love with this metallic plaster kitchen hood. It took 2 custom colors of Meoded Paint & Plaster Velvet, and a lot of careful layering, but the outcome is an architectural feature that is both soft and a show stopper ✨

Colors, textures, masonry, historic stucco and plaster. Add a cactus 🌵 or two and I’ll always pull over to check it out.

Traveling from the Bay Area to Los Angeles I stopped at Mission San Miguel Arcángel to stretch my legs and admire the historic architecture, craftsmanship that has spanned centuries , and ancient cacti that seem to be the protectors of both faith and stories across the ages.

Every time we find an old building we use it as inspiration for our work.

The beauty of mineral based and natural finishes is that they give an earthy, grounded feel to spaces that are sometimes too busy.

This red and orange brick 🧱 sunroom was updated and given a beautiful glow up with one of our favorite lime paints and colors. We did not distress the brick, so the red is gone, but we also layered the limewash so there is subtle depth you can’t get with straight white paint.

This is a great photo showing the original color of the brick and how it transformed with a carefully distressed Limewash application.
