We have exciting things happening At Saugatuck Center for the Arts! Creating a new sleek pavilion including new concrete floors, metal cladding on the ceiling and walls, custom stair system to the offices and new lighting.

It’s been a while but the Dunegrass project is coming along very nice. Next week the second level will begin. Lots of wood and steel in this one. Thanks to all involved. Your hard work is greatly appreciated.

Check out the shotcrete process for building the pool walls. The guys from Acme pool are artists. They will add the plaster coat and tile at a later date.

Check it out, another first for JPD. A wood fired grill in a kitchen!! The crank on the front raises and lowers the cook plate so you can control your temp over the flame. The brick cladding is reclaimed original Chicago brick. The rest of this house is unbelievable and I’ll share more pics as we complete and uncover.
