At Brista Homes, giving back is a core pillar of who we are. This Giving Tuesday, we’re honored to spotlight our recent support of an incredible project with the Freed family.

This initiative brought clean, accessible water to Ripoi, a remote village northeast of the Maasai Mara in Kenya. Until now, the community had never had access to clean water. Powered by solar panels, the well was drilled 200 meters deep and now provides clear, reliable water for more than 600 residents.

Their past water projects like this have reduced intestinal disease by more than 80%. With water now close to home, women and young girls no longer walk four hours a day to collect it—freeing them to return to school and allowing families to focus on their futures. The consistent water supply also enables the community to raise healthy cattle and sheep to sell at market, strengthening the local economy.

A heartfelt thank you to Josh and Levi for allowing us to be part of such meaningful work. Projects like this are the kind of lasting change we’re proud to help build.
