This was a super fun project here! We completely gutted this kitchen down to the bone and built it back up! Old and outdated cabinets and drop ceiling with old fluorescent lighting, well, not anymore! We did away with the drop ceiling and raised the upper cabinets to give more space in and under, added a beautiful backsplash and microwave that helped set things off! Made some great friends along the way too, such an amazing, helpful and caring family that was an absolute delight to work for! These are my favorite kind of jobs. Not for the work itself but the chance to help give good people an environment they can be happy to be in! Call us today at 386-333-8551 or 689-209-4182 to schedule your free estimate and let Ponzio's Premier turn your house, into the home of your dreams!

This may have been the biggest solo project ive done so far! Im a dummy and forgot to take before pictures LIKE ALWAYS... So i have this picture of a picture 😅 bit the outside was a mesh screen stapled on with 1x1 trim pieces 😵‍💫 the client wanted me to gut the place to the skeleton and rebuild, so thats what I did! Cut and framed 7 windows, 2 doors and a sliding glass door, fully insulated and air-conditioned with new drywall, floors and trim so my friend has an awesome new man cave! As a fellow lover of green, im still not 100% if this isnt TOO much green 😅 but he is happy and thats all I care about!

I cant stress this enough, going with the cheaper bid can cause you a lot of problems. We are at yet another bathroom remodel where they used zero waterproofing and actually glued the tiles to the wall with regular old glue... now this pour family has to deal with mold and water damage due to negligence. Have your jobs done right with professionals that care about your house like it was ours.
