Trim repair, upgrade. Prior contractor thought notching over the plate was better than adding a plinth*? block.

Swapped out the the old rotted mdf casing for a composite match and milled a switch block extention to improve that prior solution.

Bad before photo as i was focused on the rot not the light switch for the estimate notation.

Exterior refresh of this home, did the front porch last summer on this, and just completed minor rot repairs on some window trim and belly band, full repaint and cedar wrapped the rear patio columns.

Owners did a great job on the final color selections and layouts.

Bathroom remodel wrapped up.
Removed floor, shower walls and counter top tile.
Drywall patched multiple areas from my scope and the electricians.
Repainted the entire room including the vanity, door and casing.
Installed new floor and wall tile, base trim and accents.
